The Department of Chemistry at Columbia University is seeking outstanding applicants for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in all areas of chemistry, broadly defined, with a preferred start date of July 1, 2017. The successful candidate for this position must have the potential to do innovative and pioneering research and to teach effectively at the undergraduate and graduate levels. A Ph.D. is required at the time of appointment.
The Department of Chemistry at Columbia University is looking to fill the position of Associate Research Scientist. The successful candidate will have expertise in cell biology, cancer biology, and fluorescence microscopy. Responsibilities will include coordinating primary tissue research, establishing new tumor related protocols, periodic maintenance and troubleshooting problems of fluorescence microscopes, and performing independent projects along the line of cancer cell invasion in vitro.
